This is a short video on the One Point Perspective in Stanley Kubrick’s films. I’m not a film nerd so I’m not exactly sure what’s up here. I’ve heard that it’s not practically accepted for films to be made in one point but Kubrick did anyway and it’s obviously awesome. My friend sent me this video a few months ago and it’s radically changed the way I view media.

This is an amazing video transition between Justice – D.A.N.C.E. and JayZ – On To the Next One. You should definitely watch this even if you don’t like the music. Both videos are masterful in their own rite but the mashup is perfectly done. If you just want to see that start at about 1:30.

This is a pretty spectacular obituary that appeared the times last week. It’s even more spectacular when you read the gawker followup titled “John Fairfax Loved Hookers, Ten Juicy Stories Omitted from His NYT Obit.”
Lyrically, I’d like to believe that this song is about a sexual arab spring as much as a political one. It may however merely be about getting fucked in a car. Either way, MIA is super hot!
Pretty stock middle eastern song with a drum beat, yet it’s done perfectly. What really stands out here is the cinematography and the spectacular horse footage.
